  Dropping from a 5 to a 4 after a recent experience at Lucille's thanksgiving special. We came here for thanksgiving dinner and unfortunately was not satisfied, particularly the food. First it was about $26 per plate, the Thanksgiving individual plate, which included mashed potatoes (extremely delicious!), ham & turkey, turkey stuffing, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, and sweet potato mash (I think). Overall the dinner was OK, but not the Lucille's quality I love and know. The ham and turkey was dry, and lacked flavor, the portion was also quite small. The turkey stuffing was plentiful, but not warm, almost cold, same with the green bean casserole. The cranberry sauce was good, the sweet potato mash I personally do not like. The best part of the meal was the mashed potatoes. There was also a sweet potato pie for dessert but we just took it home. For $26 I expected something much better. It seems like a majority of the food was prepared beforehand and just reheated. Service was great though!
  
  From past experiences at Lucille's it never disappoints, and the food is great. The ambiance is very friendly and feels like home.
  This place gets an overall 4/5 from me. 3/5 for the thanksgiving dinner, 5/5 for the rest of the times.

  Better than Dave's, SO much better than Dickey's. Burnt ends, burgers, and ribs are their strong suit, the fried chicken is definitely not.
